A. Elected officials and tribal officials shall not utilize the Tribe’s resources and property for personal gain or any other unauthorized activities.

B. Elected officials and tribal officials shall not intentionally use or disclose information gained in the course of, or by reason of, his or her position or activities in any way that could result in the receipt of anything of value for him or her individually, for his or her immediate family, or for any other person, if the information is not in the public domain.

C. Elected officials and tribal officials shall not engage in financial transactions using nonpublic government information or allow the improper use of nonpublic government information to further any private interest.

D. Elected officials and tribal officials shall not disclose confidential information which he or she has acquired by reason of his or her position. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2019-46; Res. 2016-36; Res. 2015-2)
