§ 1-104 Definitions.

Throughout this Act the following words have the following definitions:
“Elder” means a member of the Tribe who is sixty-two (62) years of age or older.
“Member” means an individual who is duly recognized as a member of Wilton Rancheria and whose name appears on the official membership roll of the Tribe pursuant to the Constitution of Wilton Rancheria and 4 WRC § 2-101 et seq., Enrollment and membership. (Res. 2023-30; Res. 2021-40; Res. 2014-32)
