Except as otherwise provided herein, the Tribal Council retains all powers of oversight, implementation and promulgation of regulations and policies with respect to the foregoing. The Tribal Council may directly exercise such powers or delegate by resolution such powers, in whole or in part, to any person, entity, office or department it deems appropriate. (Res. 2019-34)
