§ 3-302 Promulgation of building and safety regulations.

The Office shall have the authority to implement this chapter and promulgate related regulations. Any regulation promulgated by the Office must be approved by the Director of Administration, which shall have authority to approve, reject, modify, or rescind any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter.
