No person subject to tribal jurisdiction shall engage in conduct either in person, online or via social media that is directed at a specific person or people subject to the tribal jurisdiction that intentionally misrepresents, deceives or fraudulently uses the name, image, or information of the casino, any person or entity authorized by the casino, or any other affiliation of the casino that is not lawful and true and accurate.
