A. No person subject to tribal jurisdiction shall engage in conduct either in person, online or via social media that is directed at the casino or any employee, security officer, or other law enforcement officer of the Casino that would cause a reasonable person to be seriously alarmed, annoyed or harassed and the conduct in fact seriously alarms, annoys or harasses the person.

B. No person subject to tribal jurisdiction shall use their status as a member of Wilton Rancheria to direct, intimidate, harass, or bully any employee, security officer, or other law enforcement officer of the casino or to otherwise interfere with the business of the casino. (Res. 2022-47 (Exh. A))
