The Department of Education shall submit to the Tribal Council through the Chairperson a final written annual report within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar year. It will report on the activities of the Department of Education, achievement of the goals and objectives for the previous calendar year, and the impact, if any, of fiscal constraints on its current goals and objectives.
