Any action against a mandated reporter for failure to report in violation of this chapter must commence within three (3) years of the mandated reporter’s initial violation of this chapter. If a mandated reporter intentionally conceals their failure to report, then the action must commence within three (3) years of the mandated reporter’s last action to intentionally conceal their failure to report.
