This chapter provides policy and guidance to the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Tribal Council, Tribal Courts, the Gaming Authority and tribal enterprises in preparing budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and integrity within the Tribe. This chapter establishes uniform practices and procedures throughout Wilton Rancheria in the use and management of the Tribe’s financial resources to ensure funds are used in a reasonable and prudent manner in the achievement of the desired goals and objectives of the Tribe.
