§ 1-105 Responsibilities.

A. The Executive Director of Finance (“Finance Director”) is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and/or approving all financial statements of the Tribal Government.
B. The treasurer or chief financial officer of any tribal enterprise, including the Gaming Authority, is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and/or approving all financial statements of the respective tribal enterprise. (Res. 2023-04 (Exh. A); Res. 2019-42; Res. 2018-04; Res. 2015-10)
