A. All accounts shall be subject to audit at least annually.

B. The Chairperson, or president or spokesperson of any tribal enterprise board, shall create a monthly detailed summary of all transactions in all accounts and keep adequate records available upon request to prove the appropriateness of all receipts and expenditures.

C. In the event of any misappropriation or misuse of funds in violation of the Tribe’s policy, the parties involved will be held accountable for full restitution to the Tribe and subject to penalty in accordance with 4 WRC § 6-101 et seq., Conduct and Ethics, or 7 WRC § 1-101 et seq., Employment.
