Following the exhaustion of the tribal dispute process in Article III of this chapter and subject to the limited waiver of sovereign immunity set forth in Section 10-105, a claimant may appeal a determination to the Tribal Court. The Tribal Court shall have no jurisdiction over any formal written claim until the tribal dispute process has been exhausted. (Res. 2021-22)
