A claimant must submit to the Tribal Court a written notice of appeal within the time frame provided in the determination letter. Claimant shall serve the Director of Customer Care with a copy of such notice. Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the Director of Customer Care shall compile and promptly provide to the Tribal Court a copy of its file within the time frame provided by the applicable Tribal Court rules.
