§ 10-503 Appeal to JAMS optional arbitration appeal procedure.

Because a Tribal Court Appellate Panel is available, if the dissatisfied party elects the JAMS appeal option, that party shall bear all costs and expenses of the JAMS appeal, regardless of outcome, and each party shall bear their own attorney’s fees. The JAMS appeal shall take place in Sacramento County, California, and shall use one (1) arbitrator, agreed upon by the parties. (Res. 2021-22)
