This chapter is intended to supersede any and all resolutions previously passed by the Tribal Council with respect to the Tribe’s former Development Board. This chapter is also intended to supersede any and all resolutions previously passed by the Tribal Council in which specific individuals were selected to serve as members of or alternates to the Development Committee.
