Each per capita payment shall be made by the Tribe’s check or direct deposit, payable only to the eligible tribal member, except in the case of incompetent members as described in Section 9-505, or otherwise as provided by tribal law. If paid by check it shall be mailed to the latest known address of the tribal member on file with the Office of Enrollment. (Res. 2021-56; Res. 2021-19)
