This chapter is enacted to establish the Wilton Rancheria Tribal Court, Traditional Court, and Appellate Panel, to create policies and procedures to govern the Tribal Court operations, and to establish uniformity in the proceedings of the Tribal Court. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
