§ 1-105 Organization.

A. The Tribal Court shall consist of a Chief Judge and Associate Judges, as appointed by Tribal Council, a Clerk of the Court and Court staff.
B. The Traditional Court shall be composed of five (5) elders of the Tribe, as appointed by Tribal Council, for traditional dispute resolution.
C. The Appellate Panel shall be composed of three (3) Appellate Court Judges, as appointed by Tribal Council.
D. The Tribal Court, Traditional Court, and Appellate Panel shall be collectively known as the “Wilton Rancheria Courts.” (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
