“Appellate Panel” means the Wilton Rancheria Appellate Panel for appellate review as established under Article VIII, Section 7 of the Constitution.

“Chief Judge” means the Chief Judge of the Tribal Court and the head of the judicial branch of the Tribe.

“Clerk” means the Clerk of the Tribal Court.

“Code” shall mean the statutory laws of Wilton Rancheria.

“Constitution” shall mean the Constitution of Wilton Rancheria.

“Juvenile” means a tribal member, or a person eligible for tribal membership, under the age of eighteen (18).

“Tribal Court” shall mean the Tribal Court of Wilton Rancheria, established pursuant to Article VIII of the Constitution.

“Tribe” means the Wilton Rancheria Tribal Government, its departments, agencies, offices, and enterprises. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
