A. Within two (2) business days of entry of a judgment, the Clerk will serve notice of the entry by first class and, if requested, electronic mail upon each party or his or her attorney and make a note in the docket of the mailing.

B. Such mailing is sufficient notice for all purposes for which notice of the entry of the order is required by law. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
