§ 1-504 Terms of members of the Traditional Court.

A. Members of the Traditional Court shall serve two (2) year terms and may be reappointed at the end of each term.
B. Once members of the Traditional Court are appointed, they shall be subject to removal only in accordance with Article X, Section 1 of the Constitution. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
