§ 1-603 Appellate Judges.

A. The Tribal Council will appoint, by contract, Appellate Judges who can serve on the Appellate Panel. The Tribal Council may appoint up to five (5) appellate judges.
B. Appellate Judges must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1-202. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
