All decisions of the Tribal Court are subject to review by the Wilton Rancheria Appellate Panel unless the substantive tribal law on the matter prohibits appeal. In all decisions issued by the Tribal Court, the order shall advise the parties of their right to appeal decisions in accordance with 10 WRC § 5-101 et seq..
