These rules apply to anyone who performs judicial functions for the Tribal Court. These rules apply to trial and appellate judges who serve the Courts on a full-time, part-time, or temporary basis. These rules are intended to supplement 4 WRC § 6-101 et seq., Conduct and Ethics, and nothing herein should be construed to relieve all judicial officers of their obligations under the Constitution of Wilton Rancheria.
