All applicants must pass an open book examination by a score of ninety percent (90%) or better to be admitted to the Wilton Rancheria Bar Association. The Bar exam is updated annually and approved by the Chief Judge and consists of multiple choice and true and false and may include short answer and essay questions. Topics include Wilton Rancheria laws and other applicable federal Indian law. Exams will be emailed or mailed to the applicant who shall have thirty (30) days to complete and return the exam to the Clerk of the Court. Each distributed exam shall be unique as to the questions asked. (Res. 2020-70)
