The Court Clerk shall administer the following oath to members:

I do solemnly swear that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution of Wilton Rancheria; that I will do no falsehood or consent that any be done in the Court, and if I know of any will give knowledge thereof to a judge of the Tribal Court, that it may be reformed; that I will not wittingly, willingly, or knowingly promote, sue or procure to be sued, any false or unlawful suit, or give aid or consent to the same; and that I will act in the office of attorney in this Court according to my best learning and discretion, with all good fidelity to the Court and to my client.

The oath will be committed to writing and include the date of the oath, the oath, and the Court Clerk’s seal and signature. (Res. 2020-70)
