The Chief Judge may refer a case before the Tribal Court to the Traditional Court by issuing a written order when:

A. The case involves a tribal member, tribal employee, or the Tribe;

B. The parties have been advised of the Traditional Court rules and process either verbally in court or in writing; and

C. The Chief Judge identifies other relevant factors that support resolving the dispute in Traditional Court. (Res. 2022-24 (Exh. A))
