A. The Court Clerk shall coordinate with the Spokesperson to schedule a Traditional Court conference between the parties. The Court Clerk shall issue a notice to the parties of the date, time, and place of a Traditional Court conference.

B. The notice shall include a copy of the order referring the matter to the Traditional Court and advise the parties of the Traditional Court process.

C. The Court Clerk shall deliver the notice at least ten (10) calendar days in advance by first class mail, postage prepaid. (Res. 2022-24 (Exh. A))
