A. An appeal of a final decision to the Appellate Panel shall be made no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the entry of the final decision of the Tribal Court.

B. An appeal of a nonfinal order to the Appellate Panel shall be made no later than five (5) business days after the nonfinal order of the Tribal Court.

C. The failure to file an appeal within the time periods provided in this rule deprives the Appellate Panel jurisdiction to hear the appeal.

D. Notwithstanding the provisions of this rule, the Appellate Panel may, at its discretion, grant relief from a late appeal upon a showing of good cause. (Res. 2020-42 Exh. C)
