Parties who appear before the Tribal Court have the following rights:

A. The right to be present before the Court;

B. The right to present written and oral testimony;

C. The right to subpoena witnesses;

D. The right to submit relevant evidence to the Court for consideration;

E. The right to counsel at their expense and effort; and
