A. If a party fails to satisfy any judgment of the Tribal Court within thirty (30) days, unless another timeline is stated by the Court order, after the entry of the judgment, then the Court may issue an order allowing the judgment to be executed and satisfied by any means available to the Court including garnishments, and levies of wages and benefits.

B. The Court can impose sanctions for failure to satisfy a judgment of the Tribal Court. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-60)
