Execution on a judgment from a court other than the Tribal Court shall be allowed in accordance with this chapter if it has been registered with the Court by filing a certified copy of the judgment with the Court Clerk, paying any necessary filing fee established by the Clerk, and serving a copy on the judgment debtor. Before giving effect to a foreign judgment the Court may conduct a preliminary inquiry regarding the validity of the foreign judgment. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-60)
