A. Only a final government decision made by a tribal entity may be appealed in the Tribal Court.

B. Not all administrative decisions may be appealed in the Tribal Court. There must be substantive tribal law in one (1) of the titles of this code that authorizes the appeal.

C. Contract disputes may not be appealed under this chapter. (Res. 2020-42 Exh. B)
