“Constitutional question” means a question regarding the interpretation of the language or provisions contained in the Constitution of Wilton Rancheria, including whether a duly enacted law complies with the Constitution.

“Declaratory judgment” means the Court’s authoritative opinion that resolves a legal uncertainty for the litigants.

“Interested party” means the Tribal Council and the Chairperson of the Wilton Rancheria. (Res. 2020-71)
