Constitutional issues are time-sensitive matters that require expedient resolution. The Tribal Court shall decide a constitutional issue before it within thirty (30) days of the last pleading filed or hearing, whichever is later, provided the Court may modify the deadline as needed when the interests of justice require such modification. In the interests of timely resolution, no amici curiae will be authorized. (Res. 2020-71)
