§ 9-202 Petition for Court order.

A. The Tribe can file a petition requesting specific relief from the Tribal Court pursuant to the act.
B. The petition must include a citation or reference a citation number if the citation has already been filed in the Tribal Court, and any report prepared by or for the Tribal Peace Officer issuing the citation. The petition must also state the relief requested from the Tribal Court. (Res. 2023-04; Res. 2020-61)
