A. The Tribe must file all citations with the Tribal Court within ten (10) days of issuing the citation.
B. The Tribal Court will create a file for each citation and all further documents and pleadings, and any payments will be associated with this file number. Cases shall be numbered with the prefix PAS and numbered sequentially.
C. Citations must be served on the cited person in accordance with the act. (Res. 2020-61)
