§ 2-204 Administrative requirements.

A. The Tribe’s Executive Director of Finance is responsible for assuring that all funds available for the program, disbursement of funds, and balances of funds are accounted for consistently with the Tribe’s annual budget and this chapter.
B. The Enrollment Office will keep records of how funds have been dispersed for the burial fund program. (Res. 2023-04; Res. 2015-17)
