A. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to waive the sovereign immunity of the Tribe or any of its enterprises, officers, agents, or employees.
B. Pursuant to Article XIII, Sections 1 and 2 of the Constitution, the Tribal Council in taking any action will be deemed to not have waived the Tribe’s sovereign immunity from suit, unless the Tribal Council expressly waives the Tribe’s sovereign immunity. (Res. 2022-10 (Exh. A))
