This chapter is intended to supersede any and all other actions previously taken by the Tribal Council with respect to enrollment and membership in the Tribe. However, any enrollment approved by the Interim Tribal Council, pursuant to its authority under Article XV of the Constitution, or by the Tribe’s temporary enrollment committee, pursuant to its authority under Tribal Council Resolution No. 2012-5, adopted on May 21, 2012, shall remain valid unless a relinquishment or removal occurs pursuant to this chapter.
