A. Any member, applicant, or sponsor may appeal any decision by the Office of Enrollment or the Enrollment Committee to the Enrollment Committee.

B. An appeal of a determination must be filed within thirty (30) days after the date on which the Enrollment Committee publishes the notice of eligibility for membership or notifies the member, applicant, or sponsor of the decision by certified mail.

C. The Enrollment Committee will hold a hearing and issue a decision on all appeals.

D. Final decisions by the Enrollment Committee will be appealable to the Tribal Court. (Res. 2019-47; Res. 2014-31; Res. 2013-16; Res. 2012-33)
