A. Any applicant who submitted a complete application for membership to the Interim Tribal Council, pursuant to its authority under Article XV of the Constitution, prior to April 7, 2012, shall be entitled to membership in the Tribe upon verification of the previously completed application by the Enrollment Committee. The application process described within Sections 2-301 and 2-302 shall not be applied to applications that would have been considered complete under standards set by the Interim Tribal Council that were received prior to April 7, 2012.

1. Application files containing original birth certificates that were in the files as of May 31, 2012, shall be deemed complete prior to April 7, 2012, if the birth certificate was a deficiency of the application file.

2. Application files that were deficient due to the lack of relinquishment letters as of April 7, 2012, shall be deemed complete prior to April 7, 2012, if the Enrollment Officer is able to verify that the individual is not a member of another federally recognized tribe.

3. Application files that were deficient as of April 7, 2012, due to the fact that only a copy of a birth certificate was included in the application file shall be deemed complete prior to April 7, 2012, if the applicant or sponsor provides an original copy of the birth certificate within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the amendment codified in this section.

B. Applications that remained incomplete as of April 7, 2012, shall be subject to the complete enrollment process outlined within this article. (Res. 2019-47; Res. 2014-31; Res. 2013-16; Res. 2012-33)
