A. Pursuant to Article V, Section 1(i) of the Constitution, the Chairperson shall preside over all annual and special meetings of the General Council.

B. Pursuant to Article V, Section 1(j) of the Constitution, the Chairperson shall call all annual and special meetings of the General Council.

C. The duties of the Chairperson shall include arranging for annual and special meetings, setting the agendas of annual and special meetings, presiding over annual and special meetings, announcing the establishment of a quorum, and providing notice of annual and special meetings to members of the General Council.
