A. Pursuant to Article V, Section 2(d) of the Constitution, the Vice-Chairperson shall be responsible for the recording of minutes during annual and special meetings of the General Council.

B. Pursuant to Article V, Section 2(f) of the Constitution, the Vice-Chairperson shall be responsible for maintaining all records of the General Council. (Res. 2022-13 (Exh. A); Res. 2013-61; Res. 2012-17)
