A. Annual Meeting.

1. The annual meeting of the General Council shall be held during the second full weekend of June each year.

2. The Chairperson shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of the annual meeting to eligible voters. The notice shall include a general description of all agenda items for the annual meeting.

B. Special Meetings.

1. Special meetings of the General Council shall be called:

a. By the Chairperson upon written petition by thirty percent (30%) of the General Council;

b. Upon a resolution passed by the Tribal Council; or

c. When deemed necessary by the Chairperson.

2. The purpose of the special meeting must be clearly stated on any written petition from the General Council or resolution from the Tribal Council requesting a special meeting.

3. The Chairperson shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of a special meeting to eligible voters. The business to be conducted at a special meeting shall be limited to that stated in the notice and no additional items may be added to the agenda at the special meeting. (Res. 2022-13 (Exh.
