A. The Tribal Council may begin the removal process by passage of a resolution by two-thirds (⅔) of the entire Tribal Council detailing the charges of good cause against the named official.

B. The eligible voters of the Tribe may begin the removal process by submission of a petition signed by a majority of the Tribe’s adult members to the Tribal Office. (Res. 2022-13 (Exh. A); Res. 2013-61; Res. 2012-17)
