A. The Election Commission shall mail a final notice containing the date, time, and location of the election and, if applicable, a final list of candidates to all eligible voters of the Tribe at least thirty (30) calendar days before the date of a general election.

B. The notice containing the final list of candidates shall also include the instructions and deadline for requesting an accommodation ballot.

C. The notice containing the final list of candidates shall also include a candidate information packet including submissions received from each candidate for elective office prior to the applicable deadline. Submissions to the candidate information packet shall be subject to word and content limits as established by the Election Commission.

D. The Election Commission shall facilitate posting a notice at the Tribal Office and on the Tribe’s website and sending the notice to the Tribe’s email list and to all eligible voters by mail via USPS at least thirty (30) calendar days before an election. The notice shall contain the date, time, and location of the candidate forum and the election and, if applicable, a final list of candidates.
