A. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 3 of the Constitution, any member of the Tribe who is at least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the election shall have the right to vote.

B. The Office of Enrollment shall prepare a list of eligible voters for each election. The list of eligible voters shall include the names of eligible persons who have reached or who will reach the age of eighteen (18) by the date of the election.

C. The Election Commission shall post the list of eligible voters at the tribal office and on a secured portion of the Tribe’s website at least forty-five (45) calendar days before a general election. The Election Commission shall accept written challenges to the list of eligible voters until thirty (30) calendar days before the election. The Election Commission shall rule on all written challenges to the list of eligible voters immediately after the close of the challenge period.
