A. During the first full weekend of June, the Election Commission shall host at least one (1) candidate forum for attendance by the Tribe’s eligible voters. The Election Commission shall determine the format of the candidate forum which may include participation by electronic video screen communication or other live streaming communications equipment.

B. The candidate forum shall, at a minimum, allow candidates an opportunity to meet and briefly address the Tribe’s members. Candidates will be allowed to provide promotional materials at the candidate forum as deemed appropriate by the Election Commission. Candidate promotional materials must be approved by the Election Commission at least three (3) calendar days before the candidate forum. In no event shall the value of the candidate promotional materials exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) total.
