A. If there are no election challenges or violation complaints filed with the Election Commission, then the Election Commission shall certify the election results within ten (10) business days of the expiration date to file a complaint set forth in Section 4-314(C).

B. The Election Commission Spokesperson or designee will present the final certified election results to Tribal Council, for approval by formal resolution, as soon as possible following the election. The certified election results package shall include:

1. Vote tallies;

2. Any appeal or fines;

3. Candidate and amendment information;

4. List of eligible voters;

5. BIA certified form;

6. List of Election Commission members;

7. Timeline of election process.

C. Upon the approval of the certified election results by Tribal Council resolution, the election records will be submitted to the Vice-Chairperson for record retention. (Res. 2021-54; Res. 2020-14; Res. 2015-24; Res. 2014-41; Res. 2013-60; Res. 2013-57)
